A. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ITEMS

Returning or exchanging items:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer.

B. REFUND

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund you the full purchase amount according to the selected payment method.

If you choose the gift voucher payment method, you will be issued a new gift voucher with the original value.

The refund can take up to 10 business days depending on the processing time of your payment service provider.

C. IMPORTANT NOTICES

Please note that returned items will only be accepted in their original condition. This includes the original packaging and all labels. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return. If items are already worn/used, soiled, damaged or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and will send the items back to you. In such cases, the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
