A. RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF ITEMS

Return or exchange of items:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.

B. REFUND

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the full purchase amount according to the selected payment method.

For gift voucher payments, a new gift voucher of the same original value will be issued.

The duration of the refund can take up to 10 working days, depending on the processing time of your payment service provider.

C. IMPORTANT NOTES

Please note that returned items will only be accepted in their original condition. This includes the original packaging and all labels. Please ensure that all items are securely packed so that damage during return shipping is excluded. If items have already been worn/used, soiled, damaged, or are otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return and will send the items back to you. In such cases, the buyer bears the delivery costs of the return.
